Pregnancy help outreach Embrace Grace is partnering with a grassroots Christian non-profit to bless moms served by Embrace Grace with children’s books.
“Exciting News!” the pregnancy help organization announced on social media. “We’re thrilled to announce our NEW partnership with Generous Family + Candace Cameron Bure!”
“Together, we’ll be blessing every Brave Mom currently or previously in an Embrace Grace group with a free gift of children’s books - designed to inspire love, kindness, and generosity in the next generation,” the announcement continued, then thanking Generous Family and Bure “for helping us love and support single moms in such a meaningful way.”

Generous Family is part of Colorado Springs-based I Like Giving, a nonprofit dedicated to inspiring generosity in classrooms, businesses, and families, according to the group’s website. Created together with Full House actress Bure, Generous Family produces books and other products with Biblical values for a kids book club and homeschool curriculum.
“Generous Family is a nonprofit children’s book company focused on spreading kindness, generosity, and biblical values through story,” said Amy Kemper, director of Partnerships and Operations for Generous Family, adding that the organization’s Chief Marketing Officer Drew Formsma contacted Embrace Grace to look at partnering in July.
“Drew and the Generous Family team reached out to Embrace Grace,” said Ashley Ziegler, Marketing director for Embrace Grace. “Drew shared that Embrace Grace had been recommended to them, and he wanted to explore a partnership.”
Generous Family had partnered before with other organizations such as Folds of Honor, Focus on the Family, and Southwest Airlines, Ziegler told Pregnancy Help News, “and they wanted to bring encouragement and hope to the families we serve.”
Embrace Grace is a Texas-based program that establishes support groups in churches for women facing unplanned pregnancy so that these women will have a church to go to “for spiritual, emotional and physical support.”
Embrace Grace provides Biblically-based curriculum in support of women in unplanned pregnancies and collaborates with pregnancy centers in partnership with pregnancy help network Heartbeat International. The group also has a Love Box for moms in the program containing life-affirming materials.
Gifting books to clients, however, is a first for Embrace Grace, Ziegler said, “and we’re thrilled to offer this new way to support our moms.”
“This partnership provides an opportunity to bless our Brave Girls in a tangible way,” Ziegler said. “Each mom who completes the form will receive a free package of children’s books shipped directly to their door this fall.”
“Generous Family’s mission aligns beautifully with ours,” she said, “helping families raise a kinder, more generous generation and sparking meaningful conversations between parents and children about love, kindness, and giving,”
And moms can start reading these stories to their little ones in the womb.
“While we have not historically focused on reading to babies in utero, this is a wonderful opportunity to encourage moms to engage with their children early through the power of story and connection,” Ziegler said, adding the topics of the Generous Family line are perfect for the mission of Embrace Grace.
“This series was chosen because it focuses on kindness, generosity, and biblical values - core principles that align with Embrace Grace’s mission,” she said. “The books help families have meaningful conversations about love, giving, and character development.”
Ziegler told Pregnancy Help News the partnership with Embrace Grace and Generous Family also embodies the essence of pregnancy help.
“Beyond the books themselves, this collaboration is a reminder to our moms that they are not alone, their stories matter, and a community is cheering them on in their journey,” she said. “It’s a special way to show our moms that they are deeply loved and supported.”
