The lifesaving work of the pregnancy help movement was celebrated this past week as Heartbeat International honored those serving in pregnancy help with its annual week of gratitude. Heartbeat’s Pregnancy Help Appreciation Week pays tribute to the pregnancy help community’s dedicated and faithful service to women, children, and families. Heartbeat is the largest network of pregnancy help organizations in the United States and globally, with nearly 4,000 affiliates in more than 100 countries worldwide and more than 2 million total client visits at affiliate pregnancy help organizations in the latest year statistics were gathered.
Each year during the Pregnancy Help Appreciation Week pregnancy help personnel are showered with gratitude conveyed through daily devotions from Heartbeat staff, a forum to submit prayer requests, the invitation to tell individual stories of pregnancy help, messages of gratitude from pro-life leaders, daily deals for Heartbeat’s Academy and resources, and the chance to win a paid registration to one of Heartbeat International’s 14 In-Depth Days at its 2026 Annual Conference.
Supporters of pregnancy help are given special encouragement during Pregnancy Help Appreciation Week to pray for those working in the movement, volunteer at their local pregnancy help organization, donate material items and financial gifts to pregnancy help organizations, and share thankfulness for pregnancy help with special pregnancy help social media graphics.

Heartbeat International President Jor-El Godsey offered personal thanks to the pregnancy help community in conjunction with the week.
“We love and appreciate the work that you do every single day in advancing pregnancy help,” Godsey said. “Thank you for giving this way, and although we love you all year long, we have this special week just for you.”

Kristan Hawkins, president of Students for Life of America, was among the pro-life leaders to share a message of gratitude for pregnancy help workers.
“I just want to express my sincere gratitude for your continued frontline work,” Hawkins said. “It’s Pregnancy Help Appreciation Week and I appreciate your work every single day.”
“And it’s such an honor for our staff at Students for Life and the 1600 Students for Life groups that serve across the country to be partners with your work,” Hawkins said. “You all are doing such incredible work.”
Allan Parker, president of the Justice Foundation, offered a message of thanks as week.
“I want to take a moment to say how deeply grateful I am all of us at the Justice Foundation are to you, all of the dedicated staff and volunteers in the pregnancy help movement,” he said. “You all are on the frontlines, and your care, compassion, and hope provide a light in the darkness for so many women. It’s truly inspiring.”
“You’re saving lives every day of the week,” Parker said, “and we thank you for all the incredible work that you do. “
Sean Corcoran with Men for Life said that nothing that he does with his ministry with men matters without the tireless work performed each day by the pregnancy help community with mothers, fathers, and families.
“We appreciate everything that you guys are doing,” Corcoran said. “We are in a spiritual war right now and Satan is the father of lies and the greatest weapon that we have is truth, and without you guys there every single day.”
Students affiliated with Students for Life from around the nation submitted words of encouragement for the pregnancy help movement as well.
