“She's perfect, and I'm so grateful I had you all here during a time when I felt so afraid and fearful. You all changed my life. I will forever be in debt to you all for saving my baby girl. You all are doing God's work saving lives. Looking back now when I was fearful and scared, I know now she was meant to be here.” - APR mom, November 2025
The vast majority of all abortions in the U.S. are now carried out with chemicals, which are widely dispensed via telemed and abortion cartel websites. Yet many women regret their abortions, and this is especially true for those who have been pressured, coerced or forced into an unwanted decision.
No woman should ever feel her choices end when she swallows the first abortion pill because there is real hope to continue a pregnancy with Abortion Pill Reversal (APR).
The Abortion Pill Rescue Network (APRN) has become the leading edge of the pro-life movement and a backstop to the vast online sales of the abortion pill. The APR hotline frequently has the first contact with women who are in the midst of an abortion.
This is a direct contradiction to the narrative that abortion empowers women and that women remain content with the choice to abort.
The work of the APR Network is driving change into the heart of the abortion industry. APR demonstrates that abortion is not an absolute decision even after taking the first pill. And change can be difficult when ideologies are threatened.
Choice equals empowerment but who is actually making the choices?
Many claiming a “pro-choice” identity refuse to offer women the option to stop her abortion, even when she no longer consents to completing it. There is a movement to make pregnancy decisions on behalf of some women, singling out those who choose abortion.
Legacy media, propped by big tech and abortion-leaning politics, provides an abundance of misinformation regarding APR, while simultaneously seeking to censor prolife speech. A messaging bubble exists to sing praises of abortion, population control, and the destruction of the American family.
“Saving the planet” by destroying human life
For more than 40 years, a tragic goal has been promoted by environmental groups to keep our nation’s population growth rate to <1%. Some believe that no nation can maintain this without the use of “widespread” abortion. Because population control is seen as an important and needed social benefit of abortion, it’s imperative that the narrative be maintained.
Activist groups, such as Planned Parenthood and the Population Council, advocate for abortion to control population as a means to save the environment. The push for wider access to abortion drugs, delivered to doorsteps across the world, without the benefit of pre-assessment or follow-up care, has also granted abortion pill access to others who would seek to control the abortion decision, increasing the numbers of abortions worldwide.

Sawyer, a child born after successful Abortion Pill Reversal sits on the steps at the State Capital in Columbus, Ohio in October 2025.

But the fact there are thousands of women seeking to reverse their abortions does not fit the storyline created by Big Abortion of empowerment by abortion. The truth of abortion regret could easily burst that bubble.
When a woman has regret after taking the first abortion pill and seeks reversal treatment, her pregnancy can continue nearly 70% of the time. Thousands of lives have been saved with the simple treatment with a natural hormone. Why would anyone seek to hide this information from those who are seeking options?

Don’t let a narrative get in the way of the truth
Thousands of women having immediate regret after starting their abortions have been discounted by media and Big Abortion, but they cannot be ignored forever. The voices of these mothers sing the praises of those who help them in their darkest moments and offer support they didn’t know existed.
“Thank you so much! I appreciate it and I pray for you guys… always doing this wonderful job helping us moms who felt so alone and giving us hope!” - APR mom, November 2025
Despite the manufactured controversy around APR, reversal of mifepristone is not new, complicated, dangerous, or political – it’s actually steeped in science and patient autonomy. The right of individuals to make their own informed choices is a core principle of medical ethics and is central to “patient-centered care,” a concept the abortion industry has seemingly abandoned.
APR follows a basic principle of reversible competitive binding of drugs to receptor sites, a foundational concept in drug development. Since the creation of the abortion pill decades ago, antagonization of mifepristone by progesterone has been repeatedly demonstrated and resulted in thousands of healthy deliveries and overjoyed families.
As thousands of women have successfully reversed their chemical abortions, abortion regret has become increasingly and blatantly obvious. This is a direct challenge to the abortion narrative that sells women the lie that they must abort their children in order to continue with education, have a productive economic future, or to participate fully in society. On the contrary, women do not need abortion to direct their destinies.
Abortion regret and APR are happening around the world
The APR protocol has been prescribed in 99 different countries and provides a well-established medical practice of supporting pregnancy with progesterone.
A myth exists that “chemical abortion is a one-way street and once you take the first pill you can’t go back.” But an increased concentration of progesterone can displace mifepristone from the progesterone receptors and quickly restore the woman’s progesterone to safe levels in pregnancy.
The Abortion Pill Rescue Network sees this happening every single day all around the world. Those calling the 24/7 hotline are quickly connected to a network of practitioners who are ready and able to help women and their families face these circumstances.
And the APR process is safe for women and safe for babies. Thousands of mothers have chosen life for their babies, even after taking mifepristone, and they commonly share their words of appreciation with the APR Network.
Everything is perfect. I’m 27 weeks and 5 days now and the baby is doing perfect as well is going to be a little boy. Thank you so much for everything. You helped me a lot and I’m really grateful for it.

The wanted and the unwanted – who decides moral worth?
In a choir of unified “save-the-planet” rhetoric, some might believe they possess the god-like power to decide who is wanted and who is unwanted, who might live and who should die. However, circumstances of conception, the size or location of a human being do not determine value. Being undervalued and unwanted doesn’t change worth or the significance of the unborn, no more than it does for those who have been born.
How the abortion narrative translates to today’s society should horrify us. We are all unwanted to some degree at different times in life. Divisions in relationships or illness or separations from employment can all imply a lack of value by this world’s standards. But only God creates life and He decides the value of that life. Not even the world’s top scientists have that power.

Seven years ago, Sarah successfully reversed her abortion and gave birth to Isaiah.
There is a divine purpose imparted into every child and there is a resilience in families to receive a child that cannot be underestimated.
Rather than acknowledging truth, Big Abortion relies on demonizing those who help women and families. Protecting life is villainized, rather than championed, even in some medical circles that have abandoned the foundational core of healthcare.
Let women choose life for their children
No one should be forced to continue with any medical procedure they no longer desire or consent to. Why should abortion be different?

Abortion protagonists fight the glaring declaration of abortion regret seen through the large number of successful reversals and happy families.
As our nation implores the sacrificing of our children, the consequences are far reaching for our society. The APR Network strives to save not only the lives of children at risk for abortion, but also mothers and families who would cease to exist if the abortion is completed.
Family remains the cornerstone of society contributing to overall well-being of our country and social stability. Without family, we lose the social cohesion and economic stability needed for a strong nation.
Rather than striving to save a planet by ending innocent lives, we could better save the world by saving one mother, one child, and one family at a time.
